We Inspect, Describe, and Educate our customers, providing an accurate, comprehensive, narrative computer generated report with pictures of the conditions found. Homeland Home Inspectors represents your best interests before, during, and after the inspection as we work for our customers and have not vested interest in the sale. An inspection performed by Homeland Home Inspectors will normally take 3 - 5 hours to complete. Our inspection reports are available or delivered to our customers within 24 hours. The inspection reports are uploaded to the internet for review and a printed copy will either be hand delivered and mailed the next day. Our narrative inspection report is usually 60 - 100 pages long. We review the entire report with our customers to ensure they understand the conditions noted within the inspection report.

Home Inspectors normally get the majority of their customers from Realtors and/or Real Estate Companies. Without these referrals, most Home Inspectors would not be able to stay in business. Some Realtors and Real Estate Companies may give you a short list of inspectors that they have referred in the past. In some cases, the Realtors and/or Real Estate Companies will only refer one inspector and recommend that you only use the Inspector that they refer. Most inspectors and agents are fair and honest, but some inspectors may be tempted to cut corners to avoid losing a realtor's referral and some realtors may be tempted to encourage a "soft" inspection by threatening to stop giving referrals to inspectors they see as "deal killers." You do not have to use the inspector that your realtor recommends. While Homeland Home Inspectors gratefully accepts referrals from highly ethical realtors who want their clients to have the best representation possible, we work exclusively for our customers and do not depend on Realtor referrals. We highly recommend that you do your research and choose your own Inspector carefully.
